changedrivers is an Australian consulting firm specialising in change implementation. We provide value-adding, tangible, measurable, sustainable change to organisations that require support in implementing their change objectives.

We are implementation consultants

The results of our interventions can always be measured. Our projects begin with an agreement with our clients regarding their expectations of the outputs/outcomes of the project and an understanding of the resource requirements for doing the job. Resource control remains with the client throughout the project.

We are a virtual consulting group

We have a core of in-house consultants who are experts in specific fields of operation and who are the team leaders of our consulting projects. We assemble project teams from our network of "Alliance Partners" - independent consultants known to and trusted by changedrivers who are assigned project responsibility based on their area of expertise.

Our focus is on skills transfer

Wherever possible we expect our clients' staff to work alongside us as active members of the consulting team. We are active mentors and role models for clients' staff and 'change agents' who will embed the changes that result from our consultation.

We emphasise the importance of considering the implications of 'transition' from the outset of a change implementation.

We do not waste time on reviews that won't be actioned

We only work with clients who have a serious intent to do things differently. We are not workshop entertainers!
